EC Hambro Rabben & Partners has three two Directors and one non-executive Director. They are the sole shareholders of the company. We do not pay regular salaries or fringe benefits, have no secretaries and have outsourced our support functions from day one.  Since 2021 our workplace has been digital and we all work from our home offices when required, wish we coud have done so when we set up in 1998.
 
Eivind Rabben, John Cook, Richard Trythall and Erik Mathiesen transferred from Hambros Bank while Peter Donald joined at the date of our establishment, having previously been Head of NatWest Equity Capital Markets. Petter Hagland joined us following his Cambridge degree in 2004 and Kristine Tveteraas followed shortly afterwards in 2006.  Anna Margaret Smedvig joined as a trainee in 2009.
 
Clare E Hambro, who also spent several years with Hambros Bank and subsequently the Take-Over Panel, is a non-Executive Director. She is a direct descendant of C.J. Hambro, the Danish founder of Hambros Bank, and her late father Lord Hambro was the final family Chairman of Hambros PLC prior to its sale in 1998.
